Self care workshop by Umbrella Counselling
Join this delightful workshops where you will experience “10 minutes of peace for mum”, Mum’s can come in a sit with a comfy chair, with headphones playing nice music and an eye mask and a blanket to be able to get ten minutes of really present chill out time. Umbrella Counselling will discuss self care needs and offer any support needed.
